MyAcea Acqua is the app that allows you to manage your domestic water utilities from Acea Ato2, Acea Ato5, and Acea Molise independently and securely from your smartphone, wherever you are.

With MyAcea Acqua, managing your domestic water utilities is extremely easy:

How to access: register via the app and log in: in just a few minutes, you can use all the digital services designed for you. If you are already registered on the MyAcea Acqua reserved web area available at my.acea.it/acqua, use the same credentials (username and password) to access the app.

How to use the services: to use the digital services and features available on the app, associate your domestic water utilities directly from the app. In a few minutes, you will have completed setting up your profile.

What services you find on MyAcea Acqua:

• Self-reading: periodically send us your meter reading to receive a bill calculated based on your actual consumption;
• Web Bill: receive the bill directly in your email inbox on the day it is issued. With the Web Bill service, you no longer receive a paper bill and make an ecological choice;
• Bank/Postal Domiciliation: activate direct debit of bills from your bank account and no longer worry about deadlines;
• Invoices and payments: view all your bills, download them, and pay them directly through the app with a credit card, securely;
• Request monitoring: track the progress of your requests made through the app/web portal, Help Desk, and Call Center, to stay informed;
• Report a fault for your private or public utility: report a fault related to your private utility, as well as a water/sewer leak in a public area or malfunction of a water point (water kiosks, artistic fountains, fountains, etc.), to help us provide a better service.
